Regional Dry Van Company Driver W2 - Los Lunas, NM

Are you a CDL-A driver seeking an OTR role that ensures weekly home time with minimal physical demands? At American Trucking Group, we offer dry van routes across the Southwest and Mountain West, featuring excellent equipment and competitive pay.

Home Time:

  • Return home weekly for a 34-hour reset.
  • Our OTR routes guarantee steady miles while allowing you to prioritize family and personal commitments.

Equipment:

  • Drive latest-model International Pro Stars, Freightliner Cascadias, and Kenworth trucks equipped with 1,500-watt inverters and Opti-Idle systems.
  • You can take your assigned truck and trailer home, given safe parking is available.

No Touch Freight:

  • Focus on driving with primarily dry van freight, 95% no-touch and 85% drop-and-hook operations.

Pay and Miles:

  • Drivers average between $900 and $1,200 weekly, depending on mileage and performance.
  • Additional pay includes detention compensation, layover pay ($12/hour after the first hour), and an annual safety bonus of $0.01 per mile for accident-free driving.

Running Area:

  • Routes covering New Mexico, Arkansas, California, Nevada, Utah, and Colorado, with all tolls covered through EZ Pass.

Benefits:

  • $20,000 in company-paid life insurance, vacation pay, and a 401(k) plan with a 50% company match up to 3%.
  • A passenger policy is available after 30 days, with age restrictions.

Requirements
