Regional Dry Van Company Driver W2 - Louisville, KY

Are you a CDL-A driver in search of an OTR opportunity that offers weekly home time? At American Trucking Group, we provide dry van routes throughout the South Central and Midwest regions, giving you excellent equipment and competitive pay.

Home Time: Be home every week for a 34-hour reset. Our OTR routes are designed to ensure steady miles while allowing you to maintain family time and personal commitments.

Equipment: Drive late-model International Pro Stars, Freightliner Cascadias, and Kenworth trucks equipped with 1,500-watt inverters and Opti-Idle systems. You can take your assigned truck and trailer home as long as there is safe parking available.

No Touch Freight: Primarily handle dry van freight, with 95% no-touch and 85% drop and hook operations, reducing your physical workload and enabling you to focus on driving efficiently.

Pay and Miles: Drivers average $1,100 to $1,500 weekly, depending on mileage and performance. Additional pay includes detention pay based on customer policy, layover pay at $12 per hour after the first hour, and an annual safety bonus of $0.01 per mile for accident-free driving.

Running Area: Routes cover Tennessee, Kentucky, Indiana, Mississippi, Arkansas, and Missouri. All tolls are covered through EZ Pass and toll cards.

Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision insurance starts the first of the month following 60 days of employment. Additional perks include $20,000 in company-paid life insurance, vacation pay, and a 401(k) with a 50% company match up to 3%. A passenger policy is available after 30 days with age restrictions.
