Regional Dry Van Company Driver (W-2) - Macon, GA
American Trucking Group is hiring Regional Dry Van Drivers for our Macon, GA location. This is a rewarding opportunity for CDL-A drivers who want consistent home time each week.
Job Overview:
- Primarily dry van freight, with 95% no-touch and 85% drop and hook, reducing physical labor requirements.
- Average earnings range from $1,150 to $1,500 per week, depending on your mileage and performance.
- Operating areas include GA, FL, SC, NC, TN, and AL.
Equipment Provided:
- Work with late-model International Pro Stars, Freightliner Cascadias, and Kenworth trucks, featuring 1,500-watt inverters and Opti-Idle systems for your comfort.
- Drivers are allowed to take the truck home if it's parked safely.
Benefits Include:

- Passenger policy available after 30 days, with age restrictions.
Compensation Details:
- Detention pay based on customer policies.

Orientation Process:
- Orientation lasts three days from Tuesday to Thursday at various locations.
- Transportation is provided, along with hotel accommodations and meals.
Requirements
- • Valid CDL Class A license
- • Clean driving record
- • Minimum 12 months tractor trailer experience
- • Pass DOT physical and drug screening
