Home Time:

Return home every week for a 34-hour reset. Our OTR routes are crafted to ensure you have steady miles while allowing you to maintain important family time and personal obligations.

Equipment:

Operate late-model International Pro Stars, Freightliner Cascadias, and Kenworth trucks, all featuring 1,500-watt inverters and Opti-Idle systems for heating and cooling. You can take your assigned truck and trailer home if safe parking is available.

No Touch Freight:

Majority of freight is dry van with 95% no-touch and 85% drop and hook operations. This setup minimizes physical work, allowing you to concentrate on driving and enhancing your efficiency.

Pay and Miles:

Average weekly earnings range from $1,200 to $1,600 based on mileage and performance. Additional compensation includes detention pay according to customer policy, layover pay of $12 per hour after the first hour, and an annual safety bonus of $0.01 per mile for an accident-free record.

Running Area:

Routes extend through Wisconsin, Illinois, Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana, and Iowa. All tolls are covered through EZ Pass and toll cards.

Benefits:

Medical, dental, and vision insurance starts the first month following a 60-day employment period. Company-paid life insurance of $20,000, vacation pay, and a 401(k) with a 50% company match up to 3%. A passenger policy is available after 30 days, with age restrictions.
