Home Time:

• Home weekly for a 34-hour reset.
• Our OTR routes are structured to provide reliable miles while allowing you to prioritize family and personal commitments.

Equipment:

• Drive modern International Pro Stars, Freightliner Cascadias, and Kenworth trucks, equipped with 1,500-watt inverters and Opti-Idle systems for climate comfort.
• You can take your assigned truck and trailer home when safe parking is available.

No Touch Freight:

• Primarily handling dry van freight with 95% no-touch and 85% drop-and-hook operations.
• Minimal physical effort required, enabling you to focus on driving efficiently.

Pay and Miles:

• Drivers typically earn between $900 and $1,200 per week, based on mileage and performance.
• Additional compensation includes detention pay according to customer policy, layover pay of $12 per hour after the first hour, and an annual safety bonus of $0.01 per mile for accident-free performance.

Running Area:

• Covering Midwest routes encompassing Kansas, Nebraska, South Dakota, North Dakota, Minnesota, Iowa, Missouri, Arkansas, Illinois, Wisconsin, Tennessee, Kentucky, Indiana, Michigan, Ohio, and West Virginia.
• All tolls are covered with EZ Pass and toll cards.
