Regional Dry Van Company Driver W2 Job - Martell, NE

Are you a CDL-A driver seeking an OTR role that ensures you are home weekly with minimal physical demands? At American Trucking Group, we offer dry van routes across the Midwest with exceptional equipment and competitive compensation.

Home Time: Home every week for a 34-hour reset, allowing you to enjoy quality family time while maintaining a consistent schedule.

Equipment: Drive late-model trucks, including International Pro Stars, Freightliner Cascadias, and Kenworths, equipped with 1,500-watt inverters and Opti-Idle systems for your comfort. You can take your assigned truck and trailer home as long as safe parking is available.

No Touch Freight: Most of our freight is dry van, featuring 95% no-touch and 85% drop and hook operations, allowing for minimal physical labor and maximum driving efficiency.

Pay and Miles: Drivers earn an average of $1,200 to $1,600 per week, depending on mileage and performance. Additional pay includes detention based on customer policy, $12 per hour for layover pay after the first hour, and a safety bonus of $0.01 per mile for maintaining an accident-free record.

Running Area: Our routes span Wisconsin, Illinois, Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana, and Iowa. All tolls are covered through EZ Pass and toll cards.

Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision insurance is available starting the first of the month after 60 days of employment. We also provide $20,000 in company-paid life insurance, vacation pay, and a 401(k) plan with a 50% company match up to 3%. A passenger policy is available after 30 days with age restrictions.

Requirements
