Regional Dry Van Company Driver W2 - Mentor, OH
Are you a CDL-A driver in search of an OTR opportunity that guarantees weekly home time with minimal physical demands? At American Trucking Group, we provide dry van routes across the Midwest and Mid-Atlantic, featuring excellent equipment and competitive compensation. Experience the freedom of over-the-road driving while ensuring you get home every week.
Home Time:
- Home weekly for a 34-hour reset.
- Our OTR routes are structured to provide steady miles while allowing you to maintain family and personal commitments.
Equipment:
- Drive late-model International Pro Stars, Freightliner Cascadias, and Kenworth trucks equipped with 1,500-watt inverters and Opti-Idle systems for heating and cooling.
- You can take your assigned truck and trailer home as long as safe parking is available.
No Touch Freight:
- Primarily handle dry van freight with 95% no-touch and 85% drop and hook operations.
- Minimal physical labor required, enabling you to focus on driving and enhancing your efficiency.
Pay and Miles:
- Average earnings between $1,200 and $1,600 weekly, depending on mileage and performance.
- Additional compensation includes detention pay based on customer policy, layover pay at $12/hour after the first hour, and an annual safety bonus of $0.01 per mile for accident-free driving.
Running Area:
- Routes cover Ohio, Pennsylvania, Virginia, Tennessee, Kentucky, Indiana, Iowa, Michigan, and Illinois.
- All tolls are covered through EZ Pass and toll cards.
