Regional Dry Van Company Driver W2 - Miami, FL

Are you a CDL-A driver seeking an OTR opportunity that guarantees weekly home time and minimal physical demands? Home Time:

Home every week for a 34-hour reset. Our OTR routes are designed to provide steady miles while ensuring you maintain regular family time and personal commitments.

Equipment:

Drive modern International Pro Stars, Freightliner Cascadias, and Kenworth trucks equipped with 1,500-watt inverters and Opti-Idle systems for heating and cooling. You can take your assigned truck and trailer home as long as safe parking is available.

No Touch Freight:

Primarily dry van freight with 95% no-touch and 85% drop and hook operations. Minimal physical work is required, allowing you to concentrate on driving and maximizing your efficiency.

Pay and Miles:

Drivers can expect to earn between $900 to $1,200 per week based on mileage and performance. Additional compensation includes detention pay based on customer policy, layover pay at $12 per hour after the first hour, and an annual safety bonus of $0.01 per mile for accident-free performance.

Running Area:

Southeast regional routes covering Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, Georgia, Florida, South Carolina, North Carolina, and Tennessee. All tolls are covered through EZ Pass and toll cards.

Benefits:

Medical, dental, and vision insurance beginning the first of the month following 60 days of employment. $20,000 company-paid life insurance, vacation pay, and a 401(k) plan with a 50% match up to 3%. A passenger policy is available after 30 days, with age restrictions.
