Regional Dry Van Company Driver W2 Job - Milbank, SD

Are you a CDL-A driver eager for an OTR position that provides weekly home time and minimal physical effort? At American Trucking Group, we offer dry van routes throughout the Midwest with outstanding equipment and competitive pay.

Home Time:

• Home every week for a 34-hour reset. Our OTR routes are structured to provide reliable miles while ensuring time for family and personal commitments.

Equipment:

• Drive late-model International Pro Stars, Freightliner Cascadias, and Kenworth trucks equipped with 1,500-watt inverters and Opti-Idle systems for heating and cooling. Your assigned truck and trailer can be taken home when safe parking is available.

No Touch Freight:

• The majority of our freight is dry van with 95% no-touch and 85% drop and hook operations, allowing you to focus on driving without heavy lifting.

Pay and Miles:

• Drivers can expect to earn between $1,200 to $1,600 per week, depending on mileage and performance. Additional pay includes detention compensation based on customer policy, layover pay at $12 per hour after the first hour, and an annual safety bonus of $0.01 per mile for accident-free performance.

Running Area:

• Routes cover Wisconsin, Illinois, Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana, and Iowa, with all tolls covered through EZ Pass and toll cards.

Benefits:

• Medical, dental, and vision insurance begins the first of the month following 60 days of employment. Additional benefits include $20,000 company-paid life insurance, vacation pay, and a 401(k) plan with a 50% company match up to 3%. A passenger policy is available after 30 days with age restrictions.
