Home Time:

• Enjoy being home every week for a 34-hour reset. Our OTR routes are structured to deliver steady miles, allowing you to maintain regular family time and personal commitments.

Equipment:

• Drive late-model International Pro Stars, Freightliner Cascadias, and Kenworth trucks equipped with 1,500-watt inverters and Opti-Idle systems for heating and cooling. Take your assigned truck home as long as there’s safe parking.

No Touch Freight:

• Primarily engage with dry van freight featuring 95% no-touch and 85% drop and hook operations. This allows for minimal physical work, enabling you to focus on driving efficiently.

Pay and Miles:

• Drivers average between $1,200 and $1,600 weekly, based on mileage and performance. Additional compensation includes detention pay per customer policy, layover pay of $12 per hour after the first hour, and an annual safety bonus of $0.01 per mile for accident-free driving.

Running Area:

• Our routes cover Vermont, Massachusetts, Pennsylvania, Virginia, North Carolina, Ohio, Tennessee, and Kentucky. All tolls are managed through EZ Pass and toll cards.
