- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

Main duties:
- Safely operate dry van trailers on scheduled Midwest routes, handling pickups and deliveries around Chicago and southeastern Wisconsin.
- Perform pre‑trip/post‑trip inspections, maintain accurate logs, and follow DOT regulations.
- Coordinate with dispatch, report equipment issues, and protect freight integrity.
Requirements & benefits:
- Valid CDL‑A and 12+ months of verifiable commercial driving experience.
- Work with a 500+ unit modern fleet and access health, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO, orientation and clean‑inspection bonuses.
