Are you a CDL-A driver searching for an OTR opportunity that guarantees weekly home time with minimal physical demands? At American Trucking Group, we provide dry van routes across the Midwest with outstanding equipment and competitive compensation.

Home Time: Home every week for a 34-hour reset, allowing you to maintain a great balance between work and family life.

Equipment: Drive modern trucks such as International Pro Stars, Freightliner Cascadias, and Kenworths, all equipped with 1,500-watt inverters and Opti-Idle systems for heating and cooling. You can take your assigned truck and trailer home if safe parking is available.

No Touch Freight: Our freight is primarily dry van, with 95% no-touch and 85% drop and hook operations, minimizing physical labor so you can focus on driving.

Pay and Miles: Drivers typically earn between $1,200 and $1,600 per week based on mileage and performance. Additional pay includes detention pay as per customer policy, $12 per hour for layover after the first hour, and an annual safety bonus of $0.01 per mile for accident-free driving.

Running Area: Routes cover Wisconsin, Illinois, Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana, and Iowa. All tolls are covered through EZ Pass and toll cards.

Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision insurance starts on the first of the month following 60 days of employment. We offer $20,000 in company-paid life insurance, vacation pay, and a 401(k) plan with a 50% company match up to 3%. A passenger policy is available after 30 days with age restrictions.
