Regional Dry Van Company Driver (W-2) - Montgomery, AL
American Trucking Group is on the lookout for CDL-A drivers for our Regional Dry Van position in Montgomery, AL. This role allows for weekly home time, ensuring work-life balance.
Earnings Potential:
- Average weekly pay ranges from $1,150 to $1,500, depending on your driving performance and mileage.
Job Responsibilities:
- Drive late-model equipment including International Pro Stars, Freightliner Cascadias, and Kenworth trucks, all equipped with 1,500-watt inverters and an efficient Opti-Idle system for heating and cooling.
- Trucks may be taken home, provided a safe parking location is available.

- $20,000 in life insurance, fully covered by the company.
- Paid vacation and a 401(k) plan with a 50% company match up to 3%.
- A passenger policy kicks in after 30 days; pet policy not applicable.
Additional Pay Features:
- Eligible for detention and layover pay, with layover compensation at $12/hour after the first hour.
- Receive an annual safety bonus of $0.01 per mile for accident-free driving.
- All toll expenses are covered through EZ Pass.
Orientation Details:
- Orientation spans three days from Tuesday to Thursday at various sites, with transportation provided and hotel accommodations along with meals.
Requirements
- • Valid CDL Class A license
- • Clean driving record
- • Minimum 12 months tractor trailer experience
- • Pass DOT physical and drug screening
