Regional Dry Van Company Driver W2 Job - Morristown, TN
Join American Trucking Group as a Regional Dry Van Driver in Morristown, TN, where you'll enjoy the benefit of weekly home time during your 34-hour resets.
Your Responsibilities Include:
- Primarily handle dry van freight with 95% being no-touch and 85% drop and hook, ensuring minimal physical labor.
- Expect to earn between $1,150 and $1,500 weekly based on your miles and performance.
- Drive our late-model fleet, featuring International Pro Stars and Freightliner Cascadias equipped for optimal comfort.
What We Offer You:
- Take your truck home as long as you have safe parking.
- Health benefits start the first of the month after 60 days of employment, including medical, dental, vision, and $20,000 in life insurance.
- Additional benefits such as vacation pay, a 401(k) with a 50% company match up to 3%, and an annual safety bonus of $0.01 per mile for safe driving.
- Layover pay at $12 per hour after the first hour, and detention pay based on customer policies.
Orientation Process:
- Orientation lasts three days from Tuesday to Thursday at various sites.
- We provide transportation, a private hotel, and meals during the orientation period.

Requirements
- • Valid CDL Class A license
- • Clean driving record
- • Minimum 12 months tractor trailer experience
- • Pass DOT physical and drug screening
