Home Time:

• Enjoy weekly home time for a 34-hour reset.
• Our OTR routes are designed to provide you with steady miles while allowing you to maintain your family and personal commitments.

Equipment:

• Drive late-model International Pro Stars, Freightliner Cascadias, and Kenworth trucks, all equipped with 1,500-watt inverters and Opti-Idle systems for heating and cooling.
• You can take your assigned truck and trailer home as long as there is safe parking.

No Touch Freight:

• Primarily handle dry van freight, with 95% no-touch and 85% drop and hook operations.
• This allows you to focus on maximizing your driving efficiency with minimal physical demands.

Pay and Miles:

• Drivers typically earn between $1,000 and $1,250 weekly based on mileage and performance.
• Additional pay includes:
  • Detention pay following customer policy.
  • Layover pay at $12 per hour after the first hour.
  • Annual safety bonus of $0.01 per mile for maintaining an accident-free record.

Running Area:

• Routes cover Washington, Oregon, Montana, Idaho, and Wyoming.
• All tolls are managed through EZ Pass and toll cards.
