Regional Dry Van Company Driver (W-2) - Muncie, IN
Join HMD Trucking as we seek Regional Solo CDL A Dry Van Drivers for the Midwest, focusing on routes that start from Muncie and nearby areas. We value your time with regular weekly home schedules and clear, mileage-based compensation.
As a Regional Dry Van driver at HMD, you can expect:

With over 500 reliable trucks in our fleet, we ensure comfort on the road. We are looking for drivers with a CDL A license and at least 12 months of verified commercial driving experience. If you are ready for a rewarding career with fair compensation and reliable home time, consider HMD Trucking.
Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

- Home time: 5 nights out, 2 nights home

- Empty Miles: Paid at the same CPM as loaded miles (company drivers only)
- Extra Stops: $50 per additional stop
- Detention Pay: $15 per hour after the first 2 hours
- Layover Pay: $100 for every 24 hours
- Orientation Pay: $150
