Regional Dry Van Company Driver (W-2) - Murfreesboro, TN

American Trucking Group is hiring CDL-A drivers for a regional dry van position, offering weekly home time with a 34-hour reset.

Position Highlights:

• The freight is mainly dry van, featuring 95% no-touch and 85% drop and hook, ensuring minimal physical effort.
• Earning potential ranges from $1,150 to $1,500 weekly, contingent upon mileage and performance.
• The driving area includes GA, FL, SC, NC, TN, and AL.
• We operate a fleet of modern International Pro Stars, Freightliner Cascadias, and Kenworth trucks, all outfitted with 1,500-watt inverters and Opti-Idle systems for comfort.

Benefits Offered:

• Medical, dental, and vision insurance, along with $20,000 in company-paid life insurance, start on the first of the month following 60 days of employment.
• Vacation pay and a 401(k) with a 50% company match up to 3% are also included.
• After 30 days, drivers can have passengers, subject to age restrictions.
• Note: There is no pet policy.

Additional Pay Opportunities:

• Detention pay per customer policy and $12 per hour for layovers after the first hour.
• An annual safety bonus of $0.01 per mile for accident-free performance.
• All tolls are covered via EZ Pass and toll cards.

Orientation Details:

• Orientation lasts three days from Tuesday to Thursday, held at various locations, with transportation, hotel accommodations, and meals provided.
• Orientation sites include Alvarado, TX; Atlanta, GA; Chester, VA; Juliet, TN; Jacksonville, FL; Tacoma, WA; Medford, OR; and Phoenix, AZ.
