Regional Dry Van Company Driver W2 Job - Murfreesboro, TN
Join the American Trucking Group in Murfreesboro, TN, as a Regional Dry Van Driver. We are hiring CDL-A drivers for Over-the-Road (OTR) dry van positions, featuring weekly home time for a 34-hour reset.
Role Overview:
- Compensation: Drivers earn between $1,150 and $1,500 weekly, based on mileage and performance.
- Freight Details: Most of our freight is dry van with 95% no-touch and 85% drop and hook, ensuring low physical labor.
- Geographic Area: Covering areas in GA, FL, SC, NC, TN, and AL.
Truck Fleet: Our fleet includes late-model trucks such as International Pro Stars, Freightliner Cascadias, and Kenworths, all equipped with:
- 1,500-watt inverters
- Opti-Idle system for climate control
Home Time: Drivers may take their truck and trailer home, provided there is a safe parking option.
Benefits Package:

- A passenger policy is available after 30 days, with age restrictions.

Extra Compensation:

Orientation Details: Orientation lasts three days from Tuesday to Thursday and is conducted at various locations. We provide transportation via bus or train, along with a private hotel room and meals during this period.
Requirements
- • Valid CDL Class A license
- • Clean driving record
- • Minimum 12 months tractor trailer experience
- • Pass DOT physical and drug screening
