Are you a CDL-A driver seeking an OTR position that promises weekly home time and low physical demands? At American Trucking Group, we provide dry van routes throughout the Pacific Northwest and Mountain West with premium equipment and attractive compensation.

Home Time: Home weekly for a 34-hour reset, allowing you to balance family time and personal commitments while on the road.

Equipment: Drive modern International Pro Stars, Freightliner Cascadias, and Kenworth trucks, which come equipped with 1,500-watt inverters and Opti-Idle systems for heating and cooling. You may take your assigned truck and trailer home as long as there is safe parking available.

No Touch Freight: Primarily dry van freight with 95% no-touch and 85% drop and hook operations, ensuring minimal physical work and enabling you to concentrate on driving efficiently.

Pay and Miles: Drivers typically earn between $1,000 and $1,250 weekly, contingent upon mileage and performance. Additional compensation includes detention pay as per customer policy, $12 per hour for layover after the first hour, and an annual safety bonus of $0.01 per mile for accident-free performance.

Running Area: Routes cover Washington, Oregon, Montana, Idaho, and Wyoming, with all tolls taken care of through EZ Pass and toll cards.

Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision insurance starts the first month after 60 days of employment. Additional perks include $20,000 company-paid life insurance, vacation pay, and a 401(k) plan with a 50% company match up to 3%. A passenger policy becomes available after 30 days with age restrictions.
