Are you a CDL-A driver searching for an OTR role that guarantees weekly home time with minimal physical demands? Home Time: Home every week for a 34-hour reset. Our OTR routes are designed to ensure you get steady miles while balancing family time and personal commitments.

Equipment: Drive cutting-edge trucks, including International Pro Stars, Freightliner Cascadias, and Kenworths, all equipped with 1,500-watt inverters and Opti-Idle systems for efficient heating and cooling. You can take your assigned truck and trailer home as long as safe parking is available.

No Touch Freight: Our freight primarily consists of dry van loads with 95% no-touch and 85% drop and hook operations. This means minimal physical labor, allowing you to focus on driving and enhancing your productivity.

Pay and Miles: Drivers typically earn between $1,200 and $1,600 weekly, based on mileage and performance. Additional compensation includes detention pay based on customer policies, layover pay of $12 per hour after the first hour, and an annual safety bonus of $0.01 per mile for accident-free driving.

Running Area: Routes span Vermont, Massachusetts, Pennsylvania, Virginia, North Carolina, Ohio, Tennessee, and Kentucky. All tolls are taken care of through EZ Pass and toll cards.

Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision insurance begins the first of the month after 60 days of employment. We also offer $20,000 in company-paid life insurance, vacation pay, and a 401(k) plan with a 50% company match up to 3%. A passenger policy is available after 30 days with age restrictions.
