Regional Dry Van Company Driver W2 - New Iberia, LA

Are you a CDL-A driver seeking an OTR position that offers weekly home time with minimal physical demands? At American Trucking Group, we provide dry van routes across the Southeast with excellent equipment and competitive compensation.

Home Time: Home every week for a 34-hour reset, ensuring you have quality time with family while driving consistent miles.

Equipment: Operate late-model International Pro Stars, Freightliner Cascadias, and Kenworth trucks equipped with 1,500-watt inverters and Opti-Idle systems. Your assigned truck and trailer can be taken home when safe parking is available.

No Touch Freight: Primarily work with dry van freight, featuring 95% no-touch and 85% drop-and-hook operations. This minimizes physical labor and allows you to focus on driving efficiently.

Pay and Miles: Drivers typically earn between $900 and $1,200 weekly based on mileage and performance. Additional pay includes detention pay based on customer policies, $12 per hour layover pay after the first hour, and an annual safety bonus of $0.01 per mile for accident-free driving.

Running Area: Our routes cover Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, Georgia, Florida, South Carolina, North Carolina, and Tennessee. All tolls are covered through EZ Pass and toll cards.

Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision insurance begins the first of the month after 60 days of employment. We offer $20,000 in company-paid life insurance, vacation pay, and a 401(k) with a 50% company match up to 3%. A passenger policy is available after 30 days.
