Regional Dry Van Company Driver W2 - New York City, NY
Are you a CDL-A driver looking for an over-the-road position that offers weekly home time with minimal physical demands? At American Trucking Group, we provide excellent dry van routes across the Northeast, ensuring you drive top-quality equipment while earning competitive pay. Enjoy the freedom of over-the-road driving while maintaining a consistent schedule that gets you home each week.
Home Time:
- Home every week for a 34-hour reset.
- Our OTR routes are structured to guarantee steady miles, allowing you to spend quality time with family and manage personal commitments.
Equipment:
- Drive late-model trucks, including International Pro Stars, Freightliner Cascadias, and Kenworth models.
- All trucks are equipped with 1,500-watt inverters and Opti-Idle systems for your comfort.
- You can take your assigned truck and trailer home if safe parking is available.
No Touch Freight:
- Focus on primarily dry van freight with 95% no-touch and 85% drop and hook operations.
- Minimal physical effort required, allowing you to concentrate on driving efficiently.
Pay and Miles:
- Drivers can expect to earn between $1,000 and $1,450 weekly based on mileage and performance.
- Additional compensation includes detention pay based on customer policy, $12 per hour layover pay after the first hour, and an annual safety bonus of $0.01 per mile for accident-free driving.
Running Area:
- Cover Northeast regional routes from Maine to Virginia, with all tolls paid via EZ Pass and toll cards.
