Regional Dry Van Company Driver W2 - Nicholasville, KY
Are you a CDL-A driver searching for an OTR opportunity that provides weekly home time with minimal physical demands? At American Trucking Group, we offer dependable dry van routes across the Midwest with excellent equipment and competitive compensation.
Home Time: You’ll be home every week for a 34-hour reset, allowing you to balance your professional and personal life while driving steady miles.
Equipment: Drive late-model International Pro Stars, Freightliner Cascadias, and Kenworth trucks, equipped with 1,500-watt inverters and Opti-Idle systems for heating and cooling. You can take your assigned truck and trailer home when safe parking is available.
No Touch Freight: Most of the freight is dry van, featuring 95% no-touch and 85% drop and hook operations, minimizing physical work and allowing you to focus on driving.
Pay and Miles: Drivers typically earn around $1,100 per week, depending on mileage and performance. Additional compensation includes detention pay based on customer policy, layover pay at $12 per hour after the first hour, and an annual safety bonus of $0.01 per mile for maintaining an accident-free record.
Running Area: Routes cover Ohio, Pennsylvania, Indiana, and Kentucky, with all tolls covered through EZ Pass and toll cards.
