Regional Dry Van Company Driver W2 Job - Noblesville, IN
Are you a CDL-A driver looking for a fulfilling OTR opportunity with weekly home time? At American Trucking Group, we provide dry van routes across the Midwest with excellent equipment and competitive compensation.
Home Time:
- Home weekly for a 34-hour reset.
- Our OTR routes are designed to ensure you maintain family and personal time.
Equipment:
- Drive late-model International Pro Stars, Freightliner Cascadias, and Kenworth trucks.
- Equipped with 1,500-watt inverters and Opti-Idle systems for your comfort.
- Take your assigned truck home when safe parking is available.
Freight:
- Primarily dry van freight with 95% no-touch and 85% drop and hook operations.
- Minimal physical demands, allowing you to focus on driving.
Pay and Miles:
- Average earnings between $1,200 to $1,600 weekly based on performance and mileage.
- Additional compensation includes detention pay according to customer policy, layover pay at $12/hour after the first hour, and an annual safety bonus of $0.01 per mile for accident-free driving.
Running Area:
- Covering routes in Wisconsin, Illinois, Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana, and Iowa.
- All tolls covered through EZ Pass and toll cards.

Requirements
- • Valid CDL Class A license
- • Clean driving record
- • Minimum 12 months tractor trailer experience
- • Pass DOT physical and drug screening
