Home Time: Return home weekly for a 34-hour reset. Our OTR routes are designed to deliver steady miles, ensuring you have regular time for family and personal commitments.

Equipment: Operate late-model International Pro Stars, Freightliner Cascadias, and Kenworth trucks, which come equipped with 1,500-watt inverters and Opti-Idle systems for optimal comfort. You can take your assigned truck and trailer home, provided that safe parking is available.

No Touch Freight: Most of our freight is dry van, with 95% being no-touch and 85% drop-and-hook operations. This allows you to focus on driving and enhancing your productivity without heavy lifting.

Pay and Miles: Drivers typically earn between $900 and $1,200 weekly, influenced by mileage and performance. Additional compensation includes detention pay per customer policy, $12 per hour layover pay after the first hour, and an annual safety bonus of $0.01 per mile for maintaining an accident-free record.

Running Area: Our routes cover New Mexico, Arkansas, California, Nevada, Utah, and Colorado. All tolls are managed through EZ Pass and toll cards.

Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision insurance kick in on the first of the month after 60 days of employment. Additional benefits include $20,000 company-paid life insurance, vacation pay, and a 401(k) plan with a 50% company match up to 3%. A passenger policy is available after 30 days with age restrictions.
