Requirements

  • 2+ years of CDL-A experience preferred.
  • A clean MVR for the last 3 years is preferred (no points are ideal).
  • Ability to pass DOT physical & drug screening.
  • You must be willing to follow instructions and assist with hand unloading when necessary.
  • Reliable attendance and clear communication with dispatch are essential.

Benefits

  • Hourly rate starting at $35–$38/hour.
  • Freightliners fleet in perfect condition. Automatic and Manual transmission available.
  • Discount Tire unloading incentive (when required): $0.15 per tire unloaded. Extra pay is based on the tire count and the number of unloading stop points required.
  • Home time: everyother day home. Most drivers work 5 to 6 days per week, with most weekends off.
  • 1,500 and 3,000 miles avg. per week.

  • Most trucks are equipped with automatic transmissions.
  • Manual transmission trucks are available for drivers who prefer a manual.
  • In-house maintenance is provided to minimize downtime.

Vacancy Description

IL Logistics seeks a Regional Dry Van Company Driver in Olympia, WA to transport goods across Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Montana, and California.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely drive CDL Class A vehicles on local/regional runs
  • Follow loading and unloading instructions and handle paperwork
  • Ensure DOT compliance and upkeep of a clean tractor
  • Coordinate with dispatch for real-time updates

Discount Tire Support:

  • Assist with manual tire unloading: rolling, scanning, and stowing products

Schedule Flexibility:

  • Day and night driving assignments per route demands
