Are you a CDL-A driver in search of an OTR opportunity that ensures weekly home time with minimal physical labor? At American Trucking Group, we provide dry van routes throughout the Northeast, equipped with exceptional gear and competitive compensation.

Home Time: Home every week for a 34-hour reset, allowing you to balance work and personal life effectively.

Equipment: Navigate late-model International Pro Stars, Freightliner Cascadias, and Kenworth trucks outfitted with 1,500-watt inverters and Opti-Idle systems for your comfort. You can take your assigned truck and trailer home when safe parking is available.

No Touch Freight: Enjoy primarily dry van freight featuring 95% no-touch and 85% drop and hook operations. This means less physical work and more time to focus on driving efficiently.

Pay and Miles: Drivers typically earn between $1,000 and $1,450 weekly, depending on mileage and performance. Additional compensation includes detention pay based on customer policy, layover pay at $12 per hour after the first hour, and an annual safety bonus of $0.01 per mile for accident-free driving.

Running Area: Our routes span the Northeast from Maine to Virginia, with all tolls paid via EZ Pass and toll cards.

Benefits: We provide medical, dental, and vision insurance that starts the first of the month following 60 days of employment, along with $20,000 in company-paid life insurance, vacation pay, and a 401(k) with a 50% company match up to 3%. A passenger policy is available after 30 days with age restrictions.
