Regional Dry Van Company Driver W2 - Overland Park, KS

Are you a CDL-A driver looking for an OTR opportunity that ensures weekly home time with minimal physical demands? At American Trucking Group, we offer dry van routes across the Midwest with outstanding equipment and competitive pay.

Home Time:

• Home every week for a 34-hour reset.
• Our OTR routes are structured to help you maintain a balance between family time and personal commitments.

Equipment:

• Drive late-model International Pro Stars, Freightliner Cascadias, and Kenworth trucks featuring 1,500-watt inverters and Opti-Idle systems.
• You may take your assigned truck home whenever safe parking is available.

No Touch Freight:

• Primarily handle dry van freight with 95% no-touch and 85% drop and hook operations, reducing physical demands and allowing you to focus on driving.

Pay and Miles:

• Average weekly earnings from $1,200 to $1,600 depending on your performance and mileage.
• Additional compensation includes detention pay based on customer policy, $12/hour layover pay after the first hour, and an annual safety bonus of $0.01 per mile for accident-free driving.

Running Area:

• Routes cover Wisconsin, Illinois, Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana, and Iowa. All tolls are covered using EZ Pass and toll cards.

Benefits:

• Medical, dental, and vision insurance starts the first of the month after 60 days of employment.
• $20,000 in company-paid life insurance, vacation pay, and a 401(k) plan with a 50% company match up to 3%. A passenger policy is available after 30 days with age restrictions.
