Are you a CDL-A driver in search of an OTR opportunity that allows you to come home weekly with minimal physical demands? Home Time: Home every week for a 34-hour reset. Our OTR routes are crafted to provide steady miles while allowing for regular family time and personal commitments.

Equipment: Drive late-model International Pro Stars, Freightliner Cascadias, and Kenworth trucks outfitted with 1,500-watt inverters and Opti-Idle systems for optimal heating and cooling. You can take your assigned truck and trailer home, provided there's safe parking available.

No Touch Freight: We primarily handle dry van freight with 95% no-touch and 85% drop and hook operations. This means minimal physical work is required, allowing you to concentrate on driving and maximizing your efficiency.

Pay and Miles: Drivers typically earn between $1,200 and $1,600 weekly based on mileage and performance. Additional compensation includes detention pay per customer policy, layover pay at $12 per hour after the first hour, and an annual safety bonus of $0.01 per mile for accident-free performance.

Running Area: Our routes cover Wisconsin, Illinois, Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana, and Iowa. All tolls are covered through EZ Pass and toll cards.

Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision insurance starts the first of the month after 60 days of employment. Enjoy $20,000 in company-paid life insurance, vacation pay, and a 401(k) with a 50% company match up to 3%. A passenger policy is available after 30 days, with age restrictions.
