Regional Dry Van Company Driver W2 - Peachtree City, GA
Are you a CDL-A driver looking for an OTR position that guarantees weekly home time and minimizes physical strain? At American Trucking Group, we offer dry van routes throughout the Southeast, featuring top-tier equipment and attractive compensation. Experience the liberty of over-the-road driving while enjoying a consistent schedule that ensures you’re home each week.
Home Time:
- Home every week for a 34-hour reset.
- Our OTR routes are structured to provide consistent miles while allowing you to maintain family time and personal commitments.
Equipment:
- Drive modern International Pro Stars, Freightliner Cascadias, and Kenworth trucks equipped with 1,500-watt inverters and Opti-Idle systems for temperature control.
- You can take your assigned truck and trailer home, provided safe parking is available.
No Touch Freight:
- Primarily handling dry van freight with 95% no-touch and 85% drop and hook operations.
- Minimal physical effort required, enabling you to concentrate on driving and optimizing your productivity.
Pay and Miles:
- Drivers typically earn around $975 weekly, contingent on mileage and performance.
- Additional pay includes detention compensation per customer policy, layover pay of $12 per hour after the initial hour, and an annual safety bonus of $0.01 per mile for accident-free driving.
Running Area:
- Covering routes in Georgia, Alabama, Tennessee, and South Carolina.
- All tolls managed through EZ Pass and toll cards.
