Regional Dry Van Company Driver (W-2) - Phenix City, AL
American Trucking Group is looking for CDL-A drivers for a Regional Dry Van position in Phenix City, AL. Enjoy the benefit of home time each week along with a 34-hour reset.
Salary Overview:
- Average weekly earnings from $1,150 to $1,500 based on your mileage and performance.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Drive late-model trucks, including International Pro Stars, Freightliner Cascadias, and Kenworths, all equipped with 1,500-watt inverters and an Opti-Idle system.
- Trucks can be taken home as long as a safe parking option is available.
Benefits:

- Vacation pay and a 401(k) plan with a 50% company match up to 3%.
- Passenger policy available after 30 days; no pets permitted.
Additional Compensation Options:
- Eligible for detention pay depending on customer policies and layover pay at $12/hour after the first hour.
- Annual safety bonus of $0.01 per mile for accident-free performance.
- All tolls covered through EZ Pass.
Orientation Process:
- Orientation lasts three days from Tuesday to Thursday at various locations, with transportation provided, along with hotel accommodations and meals.
