Are you a CDL-A driver seeking an OTR opportunity that offers regular home time and minimal physical demands? At American Trucking Group, we provide dry van routes across the Pacific Northwest and Mountain West with outstanding equipment and competitive pay.

Home Time: Home every week for a 34-hour reset, ensuring you can maintain a balance between family time and personal commitments while driving.

Equipment: Drive late-model International Pro Stars, Freightliner Cascadias, and Kenworth trucks, equipped with 1,500-watt inverters and Opti-Idle systems for heating and cooling. You can take your assigned truck and trailer home if safe parking is available.

No Touch Freight: Most of our freight is dry van with 95% no-touch and 85% drop and hook operations, allowing you to focus on driving without strenuous physical work.

Pay and Miles: Drivers typically earn between $1,000 and $1,250 a week depending on mileage and performance. Additional compensation includes detention pay as per customer policy, $12 per hour for layover after the first hour, and an annual safety bonus of $0.01 per mile for accident-free performance.

Running Area: Our routes cover Washington, Oregon, Montana, Idaho, and Wyoming, with all tolls covered via EZ Pass and toll cards.

Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision insurance commences the first month after 60 days of employment, in addition to $20,000 in company-paid life insurance, vacation pay, and a 401(k) plan with a 50% company match up to 3%. A passenger policy is available after 30 days with age restrictions.
