What You’ll Experience:
- OTR dry-van runs across the Midwest & Southeast.
- Live loads with minimized waiting time.
- Starting pay at 62¢ per mile, with higher rates for endorsements or extra experience.
- More home time than you might anticipate based on your location.
- A friendly dispatch team that knows you by name.
- All miles paid—loaded and empty.
- Drive our new Volvo & Freightliner Cascadias with automatics.
- Trucks come with APU, inverter, and refrigerator.
- Average about 3,000 miles weekly.
- Bonuses for referrals, safety, and clean inspections.

Requirements:
- At least 1 year OTR driving experience.
- A solid driving history.
- A driver who values fair treatment.
