Home Time:

Return home weekly for a 34-hour reset. Our OTR routes are crafted to deliver consistent miles while allowing for quality time with family and personal commitments.

Equipment:

Drive late-model International Pro Stars, Freightliner Cascadias, and Kenworth trucks fitted with 1,500-watt inverters and Opti-Idle systems for your comfort. You can take your assigned truck and trailer home if safe parking is available.

No Touch Freight:

Primarily handle dry van freight, featuring 95% no-touch and 85% drop and hook operations. This allows you to focus on driving, maximizing your efficiency without heavy physical demands.

Pay and Miles:

Drivers earn an average of $1,200 to $1,600 per week based on mileage and performance. Additional compensation includes detention pay according to customer policy, $12 per hour layover pay after the first hour, and an annual safety bonus of $0.01 per mile for accident-free performance.

Running Area:

Routes cover Wisconsin, Illinois, Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana, and Iowa. All toll expenses are covered via EZ Pass and toll cards.

Benefits:

Medical, dental, and vision insurance starts on the first of the month following 60 days of employment. Enjoy $20,000 in company-paid life insurance, vacation pay, and a 401(k) plan with a 50% company match up to 3%. A passenger policy is available after 30 days with age restrictions.
