Home Time:

• Be home every week for a 34-hour reset.
• Our OTR routes are structured to ensure consistent miles while allowing you to prioritize family and personal commitments.

Equipment:

• Drive modern International Pro Stars, Freightliner Cascadias, and Kenworth trucks equipped with 1,500-watt inverters and Opti-Idle systems for heating and cooling.
• You can take your assigned truck and trailer home if safe parking is available.

No Touch Freight:

• Work primarily with dry van freight, with 95% being no-touch and 85% drop and hook operations.
• Focus on driving, maximizing your efficiency with minimal physical work.

Pay and Miles:

• Average earnings range from $1,200 to $1,600 per week, based on mileage and performance.
• Additional compensation includes detention pay based on customer policies, $12 per hour layover pay after the first hour, and an annual safety bonus of $0.01 per mile for accident-free driving.

Running Area:

• Routes cover Reston and surrounding areas. All tolls are covered with EZ Pass and toll cards.
