Regional Dry Van Company Driver W2 - Rice Lake, WI

Home Time:

• Home every week for a 34-hour reset. Our OTR routes are tailored to ensure you receive steady miles while maintaining regular family time and personal commitments.

Equipment:

• Operate late-model International Pro Stars, Freightliner Cascadias, and Kenworth trucks, all equipped with 1,500-watt inverters and Opti-Idle systems for climate control. You may take your assigned truck and trailer home, provided safe parking is available.

No Touch Freight:

• Mainly handling dry van freight with 95% no-touch and 85% drop and hook operations. This allows you to focus solely on driving, maximizing your productivity without excessive physical demands.

Pay and Miles:

• Drivers typically earn between $1,200 and $1,600 weekly, contingent on mileage and performance. Extra compensation includes detention pay following customer policies, $12 per hour for layover after the first hour, and an annual safety bonus of $0.01 per mile for maintaining an accident-free record.

Running Area:

• Our routes cover Wisconsin, Illinois, Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana, and Iowa. All tolls are paid through EZ Pass and toll cards.
