Regional Dry Van Company Driver W2 - Richmond, CA
Are you a CDL-A driver in search of an OTR role that provides weekly home time with minimal physical demands? At American Trucking Group, we deliver dry van routes throughout the Pacific Northwest and Mountain West, offering superior equipment and great compensation. Home Time:
- Home weekly for a 34-hour reset, with routes designed for steady mileage and time for family.
Equipment:
- Operate late-model trucks like International Pro Stars, Freightliner Cascadias, and Kenworths, featuring 1,500-watt inverters and Opti-Idle heating and cooling systems. You may take your assigned truck and trailer home, provided safe parking is available.
No Touch Freight:
- Primarily moving dry van freight with 95% no-touch and 85% drop and hook operations, ensuring you can concentrate on driving without strenuous physical labor.
Pay and Miles:
- Average weekly earnings range from $1,200 to $1,600, influenced by mileage and performance. Additional earnings include detention pay as per customer policy, $12 per hour for layover after the first hour, and a safety bonus of $0.01 per mile for maintaining an accident-free record.
Running Area:
- Routes span Washington, Oregon, California, Nevada, Idaho, and Montana, with all tolls covered by EZ Pass and toll cards.

Requirements
- • Valid CDL Class A license
- • Clean driving record
- • Minimum 12 months tractor trailer experience
