Are you a CDL-A driver looking for an OTR role that provides weekly home time and minimal physical activity? At American Trucking Group, we offer dependable dry van routes across the Midwest with top-notch equipment and competitive pay.

Home Time: Every week, you will have the opportunity to return home for a 34-hour reset, giving you time to spend with family and keep your personal commitments while driving consistent miles.

Equipment: Operate late-model International Pro Stars, Freightliner Cascadias, and Kenworth trucks, all equipped with 1,500-watt inverters and Opti-Idle systems for climate control. You can take your assigned truck and trailer home if safe parking is available.

No Touch Freight: We primarily transport dry van freight, with 95% no-touch and 85% drop and hook operations, allowing you to focus on your driving tasks with minimal physical work required.

Pay and Miles: Drivers average about $1,100 per week based on mileage and performance. Additional compensation includes detention pay per customer policy, layover pay at $12 per hour after the first hour, and an annual safety bonus of $0.01 per mile for accident-free driving.

Running Area: Routes cover Ohio, Pennsylvania, Indiana, and Kentucky, with all tolls paid through EZ Pass and toll cards.

Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision insurance will begin the first of the month following 60 days of employment. Additionally, we offer $20,000 company-paid life insurance, vacation pay, and a 401(k) plan with a 50% company match up to 3%. A passenger policy is available after 30 days with age restrictions.
