Home Time:

Return home every week for a 34-hour reset. Our OTR routes are designed to provide consistent miles while allowing you to maintain regular time with family and personal commitments.

Equipment:

Drive modern International Pro Stars, Freightliner Cascadias, and Kenworth trucks outfitted with 1,500-watt inverters and Opti-Idle systems for your comfort. You can take your assigned truck and trailer home if safe parking is available.

No Touch Freight:

Focus on primarily dry van freight with 95% no-touch and 85% drop and hook operations. Enjoy a role that requires minimal physical effort, allowing you to concentrate on driving and maximizing your efficiency.

Pay and Miles:

Our drivers typically average around $1,150 weekly based on mileage and performance. Additional compensation includes detention pay according to customer policy, layover pay at $12 per hour after the first hour, and an annual safety bonus of $0.01 per mile for maintaining an accident-free record.

Running Area:

Routes cover Pennsylvania, New York, Massachusetts, Connecticut, and Rhode Island. All tolls are taken care of through EZ Pass and toll cards.

Benefits:

Medical, dental, and vision insurance starts on the first of the month following 60 days of employment. We also offer $20,000 in company-paid life insurance, vacation pay, and a 401(k) with a 50% company match up to 3%. A passenger policy is available after 30 days with age restrictions.
