Are you a CDL-A driver looking for an OTR opportunity that provides weekly home time and minimal physical demands? At American Trucking Group, we offer dry van routes across the Pacific Northwest and Mountain West, featuring excellent equipment and competitive compensation. Home Time: Home every week for a 34-hour reset, our OTR routes are structured to provide steady miles while allowing you to maintain your personal and family commitments.

Equipment: Drive late-model International Pro Stars, Freightliner Cascadias, and Kenworth trucks equipped with 1,500-watt inverters and Opti-Idle systems for heating and cooling. You can take your assigned truck and trailer home as long as safe parking is accessible.

No Touch Freight: Primarily handling dry van freight, with 95% no-touch and 85% drop and hook operations. This means minimal physical labor, allowing you to focus on driving and maximizing your efficiency.

Pay and Miles: Drivers typically earn between $1,000 and $1,250 weekly based on mileage and performance. Additional compensation includes detention pay according to customer policy, layover pay at $12 per hour after the first hour, and an annual safety bonus of $0.01 per mile for maintaining an accident-free record.

Running Area: Routes cover Washington, Oregon, Montana, Idaho, and Wyoming. All tolls are covered through EZ Pass and toll cards.

Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision insurance begins on the first of the month following 60 days of employment. Enjoy $20,000 in company-paid life insurance, vacation pay, and a 401(k) with a 50% company match up to 3%. A passenger policy is available after 30 days with age restrictions.
