Home Time:

• Home every week for a 34-hour reset.
• Our OTR routes are designed to ensure you maintain steady miles while also making time for family and personal commitments.

Equipment:

• Drive late-model International Pro Stars, Freightliner Cascadias, and Kenworth trucks outfitted with 1,500-watt inverters and Opti-Idle systems for climate control.
• You can take your assigned truck and trailer home, provided there is safe parking available.

No Touch Freight:

• Experience 95% no-touch freight and 85% drop and hook operations, allowing you to focus on driving and enhancing your efficiency with minimal physical demands.

Pay and Miles:

• Average earnings are between $1,200 and $1,600 weekly, based on your mileage and performance.
• Additional compensation includes detention pay in accordance with customer policy, layover pay at $12 per hour after the first hour, and an annual safety bonus of $0.01 per mile for accident-free driving.

Running Area:

• Our routes cover Wisconsin, Illinois, Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana, and Iowa. All tolls are managed through EZ Pass and toll cards.

Benefits:

• Medical, dental, and vision insurance begin on the first of the month following 60 days of employment.
• Company-paid life insurance coverage of $20,000, vacation pay, and a 401(k) with a 50% match up to 3%.
• A passenger policy is available after 30 days, subject to age restrictions.
