Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

Based in Rockford (61101), run regional dry‑van freight across the Midwest with predictable home‑weekly schedules and clear, mileage‑based pay from HMD Trucking. You’ll operate modern tractors on consistent regional lanes serving Chicago and surrounding corridors.
Compensation & Benefits:
- $0.70 per mile for all miles and a $2,500 sign‑on bonus
- Weekly home time, medical/dental/vision, 401(k), PTO, plus orientation and clean‑inspection incentives
- Access to a 500+ truck fleet
Responsibilities & Requirements:
- Safely operate dry van units, perform pre/post‑trip checks and maintain precise logs
- Ensure on‑time deliveries and compliance with DOT rules
- Valid CDL-A and at least 12 months verifiable commercial driving experience
