Regional Dry Van Company Driver W2 Job - Rome, GA
American Trucking Group is hiring Regional Dry Van Drivers in Rome, GA. Enjoy the benefits of weekly home time during your 34-hour resets.
Your Role:
- Manage primarily dry van freight, with 95% being no-touch and 85% drop and hook, keeping physical demands to a minimum.
- Average weekly earnings range between $1,150 and $1,500 depending on your mileage and performance.
- Drive our fleet of modern trucks, including International Pro Stars and Freightliner Cascadias, all equipped for your comfort and convenience.
What We Provide:
- Take your truck and trailer home if it's safe to park.
- Health benefits kick in on the first of the month after 60 days, including medical, dental, vision, and a company-paid life insurance policy worth $20,000.
- Additional perks include vacation pay, a 401(k) with a 50% company match up to 3%, and an annual safety bonus of $0.01 per mile for safe driving.
- Layover pay at $12 per hour after the first hour and detention pay based on customer policy.
Orientation Process:
- Orientation lasts three days from Tuesday to Thursday at various locations.
- We provide transportation, hotel accommodations, and meals during your orientation.

Requirements
- • Valid CDL Class A license
- • Clean driving record
- • Minimum 12 months tractor trailer experience
- • Pass DOT physical and drug screening
