Are you a CDL-A driver searching for an OTR opportunity that provides weekly home time and minimal physical demands? At American Trucking Group, we offer dry van routes across the Southwest and Mountain West region, featuring excellent equipment and competitive pay.

Home Time: Home every week for a 34-hour reset. Our OTR routes are tailored to provide steady miles while ensuring you have time for family and personal commitments.

Equipment: Operate late-model International Pro Stars, Freightliner Cascadias, and Kenworth trucks, all equipped with 1,500-watt inverters and Opti-Idle systems for your comfort. You are welcome to take your assigned truck and trailer home, provided that safe parking is available.

No Touch Freight: Primarily dry van freight with 95% no-touch and 85% drop-and-hook operations. This means minimal physical labor, allowing you to focus on driving and maximizing your efficiency.

Pay and Miles: Drivers can expect to earn between $900 and $1,200 per week, depending on mileage and performance. Additional compensation includes detention pay based on customer policy, $12 per hour layover pay after the first hour, and an annual safety bonus of $0.01 per mile for accident-free driving.

Running Area: Our routes cover New Mexico, Arkansas, California, Nevada, Utah, and Colorado. All tolls are covered through EZ Pass and toll cards.

Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision insurance begins on the first of the month following 60 days of employment. We also provide $20,000 in company-paid life insurance, vacation pay, and a 401(k) plan with a 50% company match up to 3%. A passenger policy is available after 30 days, subject to age restrictions.
