Are you a CDL-A driver looking for an OTR position that guarantees weekly home time with minimal physical exertion? Home Time: Home every week for a 34-hour reset. Our OTR routes are tailored to deliver consistent miles while allowing you to spend ample time with family and manage personal commitments.

Equipment: Operate late-model International Pro Stars, Freightliner Cascadias, and Kenworth trucks, all equipped with 1,500-watt inverters and Opti-Idle systems for climate control. You can take your assigned truck and trailer home, provided there's safe parking available.

No Touch Freight: Focus on driving with primarily dry van freight that features 95% no-touch and 85% drop and hook operations, minimizing the physical demands of the job.

Pay and Miles: Drivers typically earn between $1,200 and $1,600 weekly, depending on mileage and performance. Additional pay includes detention based on customer policy, layover compensation at $12 per hour after the first hour, and an annual safety bonus of $0.01 per mile for accident-free driving.

Running Area: Routes cover Wisconsin, Illinois, Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana, and Iowa, with all toll expenses managed through EZ Pass and toll cards.

Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision insurance starts on the first of the month after 60 days of employment. Additional benefits include $20,000 in company-paid life insurance, vacation pay, and a 401(k) plan with a 50% company match up to 3%. A passenger policy is available after 30 days with age restrictions.
