Regional Dry Van Company Driver W2 - Salem, NH

Are you a CDL-A driver in search of a fulfilling OTR position that ensures weekly home time and minimal physical demands? At American Trucking Group, we offer dry van routes throughout the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic, complete with quality equipment and competitive pay.

Home Time:

• Get home every week for a 34-hour reset, allowing for quality family time while you drive.

Equipment:

• Drive well-maintained trucks, including late-model International Pro Stars, Freightliner Cascadias, and Kenworths, all outfitted with 1,500-watt inverters and Opti-Idle systems for temperature control. You can take your assigned truck and trailer home when safe parking is available.

No Touch Freight:

• Most of our freight is dry van with 95% no-touch and 85% drop and hook operations, minimizing the physical demands on you.

Pay and Miles:

• Average earnings range from $1,200 to $1,600 weekly based on mileage and performance. Additional compensation includes customer policy-based detention pay, $12 per hour layover pay after the first hour, and an annual safety bonus of $0.01 per mile for accident-free driving.

Running Area:

• Our routes extend across Vermont, Massachusetts, Pennsylvania, Virginia, North Carolina, Ohio, Tennessee, and Kentucky. All tolls are covered with EZ Pass and toll cards.

Benefits:

• Medical, dental, and vision insurance begins the first of the month after 60 days of employment. We also provide $20,000 in company-paid life insurance, vacation pay, and a 401(k) with a 50% company match up to 3%. A passenger policy is available after 30 days with age restrictions.
