Are you a CDL-A driver looking for an OTR position that combines weekly home time with minimal physical work? At American Trucking Group, we provide dry van routes throughout the Pacific Northwest, allowing you the freedom of over-the-road driving while maintaining a steady schedule that gets you home every week.

Home Time: You'll be home each week for a 34-hour reset, giving you valuable time with family and personal commitments.

Equipment: You will drive late-model International Pro Stars, Freightliner Cascadias, and Kenworth trucks with features like 1,500-watt inverters and Opti-Idle systems for efficient heating and cooling. Take your assigned truck and trailer home as long as safe parking is available.

No Touch Freight: Our operations primarily involve dry van freight, with 95% no-touch and 85% drop and hook, ensuring minimal physical work and allowing you to focus on driving.

Pay and Miles: Drivers average between $1,000 and $1,250 per week based on mileage and performance, with additional compensation options such as detention pay per customer policy, $12 per hour layover pay after the first hour, and an annual safety bonus of $0.01 per mile for accident-free performance.

Running Area: Routes cover Washington, Oregon, Montana, Idaho, and Wyoming, with all tolls paid via EZ Pass and toll cards.

Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision insurance starts the first month after 60 days of employment. You will also receive $20,000 in company-paid life insurance, vacation pay, and a 401(k) with a 50% company match up to 3%. A passenger policy is available after 30 days, subject to age restrictions.
