Are you a CDL-A driver looking for a rewarding OTR position with the benefit of weekly home time and minimal physical labor? At American Trucking Group, we offer dry van routes throughout the Southwest and Mountain West, equipped with top-notch vehicles and competitive pay.

Home Time: Home each week for a 34-hour reset. Our OTR routes are structured to ensure you get consistent miles while having ample time for family and personal commitments.

Equipment: Drive our modern fleet of International Pro Stars, Freightliner Cascadias, and Kenworth trucks, all featuring 1,500-watt inverters and Opti-Idle systems for your comfort. You can take your assigned truck and trailer home, provided there is safe parking.

No Touch Freight: We primarily handle dry van freight, with 95% of loads being no-touch and 85% drop-and-hook operations. This means less physical work, allowing you to concentrate on driving and maximizing efficiency.

Pay and Miles: Drivers can earn between $900 and $1,200 weekly, depending on mileage and performance. Additional benefits include detention pay as per customer policy, $12 per hour layover pay after the first hour, and an annual safety bonus of $0.01 per mile for accident-free driving.

Running Area: Routes span across New Mexico, Arkansas, California, Nevada, Utah, and Colorado. All tolls are taken care of through EZ Pass and toll cards.

Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision insurance begins on the first of the month after 60 days of employment. We also offer $20,000 in company-paid life insurance, vacation pay, and a 401(k) plan with a 50% company match up to 3%. A passenger policy is available after 30 days, subject to age restrictions.
