Home Time: You will be home every week for a 34-hour reset. Our OTR routes are designed for steady miles while ensuring you have time for family and personal commitments.

Equipment: Operate late-model International Pro Stars, Freightliner Cascadias, and Kenworth trucks, all equipped with 1,500-watt inverters and Opti-Idle systems for efficient heating and cooling. You may take your assigned truck and trailer home when safe parking is available.

No Touch Freight: Primarily handling dry van freight, with 95% no-touch and 85% drop and hook operations. This leads to minimal physical work, allowing you to concentrate on driving and maximizing your efficiency.

Pay and Miles: Drivers generally earn between $1,200 and $1,600 weekly, depending on mileage and performance. Additional benefits include detention pay as per customer policy, layover pay at $12 per hour after the first hour, and an annual safety bonus of $0.01 per mile for accident-free driving.

Running Area: Routes cover Washington, Oregon, California, Nevada, Idaho, and Montana. All tolls are covered via EZ Pass and toll cards.
