Home Time:

• Home every week for a 34-hour reset. Our OTR routes are designed to ensure steady miles while allowing you to spend quality time with family and manage personal commitments.

Equipment:

• Drive late-model International Pro Stars, Freightliner Cascadias, and Kenworth trucks equipped with 1,500-watt inverters and Opti-Idle systems for heating and cooling. You can take your assigned truck and trailer home as long as safe parking is available.

No Touch Freight:

• Primarily handle dry van freight with 95% no-touch and 85% drop and hook operations. This means minimal physical workload, allowing you to focus on driving and maximizing your efficiency.

Pay and Miles:

• Drivers typically earn between $1,150 to $1,500 weekly, based on mileage and performance. Additional compensation includes detention pay according to customer policy, $12 per hour layover pay after the first hour, and an annual safety bonus of $0.01 per mile for accident-free driving.

Running Area:

• Routes cover Alabama, Tennessee, Mississippi, Arkansas, and Michigan. All tolls are covered through EZ Pass and toll cards.

Benefits:
